At Railex Fabrication, we understand that every project has unique metal stamping requirements. That’s why we have a wide range of stamping presses. We stamp, punch, and form in our presses. We run metal from .025” thick up to .500” thick. We do both progressive metal stamping and single hit stamping. Some of our jobs involve as many as 4 different stamping dies to make the finished part. We can handle your very small volume and large volume parts production. Simple and complex. Our engineering team works in both 2D and 3D for part and file management.
Railex Fabrication can also do all the 2ndry work to your stamped part such as welding, drilling, threading, bending, and finishing. Railex has a large area for stock, so we can make, pack, stock, and ship your parts as needed. We ship daily by UPS, FEDEX, LTL, and Truckload.
